Private Lessons

Private Lessons (1-on-1 Training)
Private lessons offer individualized instruction tailored to each player’s position, goals, and experience level. Every session is designed to build confidence, refine technique, and translate skills into game situations.
Focus: Stickwork, shooting, footwork, and position-specific development
Duration: 60 minutes
Rate: $90 per session

Small Group Lessons (3+ Players)
Group lessons are available for three or more players of similar age and experience. If you have friends or teammates interested in training together, we can coordinate a session that fits your group’s schedule and goals.
Focus: Game-realistic reps, decision-making, offensive and defensive movement.
Duration: 60 minutes
Rate: $60 per player

Video Review Sessions
Focus: Review the footage to evaluate key aspects of your game and identify specific areas for growth.
Duration: 30 minutes
Rate: $50 per session.
About Mike Marich
A lifelong educator, coach, and leader, Mike Marich has built his career at the intersection of athletics, education, and leadership. A former Division I lacrosse player at Hofstra University, Mike brings over two decades of coaching and player development experience to every session.
He has served as Head Boys’ Lacrosse Coach and as Athletic Director & Dean of Co-Curricular Programming at The Frederick Gunn School (CT), where he helped shape the school’s athletic vision and led initiatives that connected mission, culture, and competition.
A three-time Coach of the Year, Mike has recruited and coached five US Lacrosse High School All-Americans and countless student-athletes who went on to succeed in college and beyond. More importantly, he’s known for building programs rooted in culture, character, and purpose—helping players grow as athletes and as people.
Now based in Nashville, Tennessee, Mike brings that same passion and expertise to Project33 Lacrosse, helping young athletes reach their full potential through personalized coaching, mentorship, and mindset training—on and off the field. He is USA Lacrosse–certified, background checked, and approved to coach youth athletes in accordance with national standards for safety and integrity.
